Service Providers and Technicians shall not:

• Offer off-platform services.

This restriction remains applicable during the association with LeafIT and for twelve (12) months following termination or the customer's last booking through the LeafIT Platform.

Where necessary, data may be processed or stored on secure cloud infrastructure located outside the user's state or country in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.

By registering, accessing, or using the LeafIT Platform, all Service Providers and Technicians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Privacy Policy in its entirety.
